More homes filled means a better tax base for schools! I would suggest looking at the fact state parks and others have taken TOO MUCH public land off the private tax base grid,this has happened to such a degree as to impoverish Del Norte County & Closing parks deepens the problem( not to mention the threat of getting rid of good green power like dams (instead of dealing w/over population of penipeds & a need for a hatchery down river!
